Christmas Bazaar

The Bazaar committee have been beavering away in the shadows for the past few weeks putting the finishing touches on what will hopefully shape up to be another fantastic St Patricks Christmas Bazaar. With only 4 days left before the event we’re hoping you’ll be able to help out with the few things left to finish?
Bottle Tombola
As per previous years we’re asking for donations for the bottle tombola in return for your child coming to school in Mufti this coming Friday. You can choose what bottle to send whether it’s a bottle of Shampoo or Champagne! If you’d like to help out please bring your bottle in on the morning of the Bazaar and give it to the parent volunteers who’ll be at school waiting eagerly for your presents!
Cake Stall
Your children will be bringing home a paper plate in their book bags this week which we would kindly ask that you fill with cakes or biscuits and return to school on the morning of the Bazaar. Again, the fabulous parent volunteers will be eagerly awaiting your plates and will be happy to take them through to the school hall for you.
Year Groups
The different year groups will be asking you for various things over the next few days in preparation for the Bazaar on Friday. Please support your various classes by doing as much as you can to help the organisers with their preparations. I know theres a lot going on but its Christmas and Friday will be great fun for the children and families attending!
And finally, we’d like to ask for volunteers to help us on the day of the Bazaar to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll be setting up from 1pm on Friday so if you can spare some time please get in touch!
