Minutes of AGM 2007 - 05.10.2007

2) Matters arising from the previous Minutes.
None.
3) Annual Review
Nick Skeet and Neil Bolton presented a review of the goals and achievements from 2006/07. All of the stretching financial targets have been achieved with parents helping to provide the school with almost £12,000.
The total funds raised were £21,000 ( up from £14,450 in 05/06) Or £105 per child. The total expenditure was £25,000.
Profit for events in 06/07 £8,000 (including Gift Aid).

4) Election of the Committee
Prior to election of PTFA officials Nick Skeet read out a letter from outgoing Chair Peter Robson. In the letter Peter thanked all of the parents, committee members and teaching staff for their help and support throughout his two years as Chair. A copy of the letter has been placed on the PTFA website and in the notice board.
Mr Loftus thanked the members of the committee, both those standing for re-election and those stepping down for their support and hard work over the last year. He also thanked everyone who helped to create the vibrant, dynamic and children centered activities enjoyed during the year. He felt it has been another, very, rewarding year. The following committee officers were then nominated, seconded and duly elected.
