The Big Raffle - World of Sport Summer Fete
Top cash prizes and loads of other goodies to be won... 'ker-ching'
Through selling these raffle tickets to friends, family, and work colleagues, and by having some yourself, you can help fund the exciting development of our school premises.
You may have seen Newsletter announcements in recent months confirming that
St. Patrick's has been given permission to go ahead with the transformation
of the Reception and Year 1 Classroom block, including installation
of a covered walkway to link it to the main school building. Along with improvements
in the playground area, this work will significantly enhance the learning
environment, providing benefit to pupils for many years to come and
creating
an enduring legacy of your commitment to ensuring our children get
the best!
The PTFA has agreed to support the school in this project and will need to raise up to £5000 this year. The 'World of Sport' Summer Fete and associated raffle together form our greatest opportunity to make a significant impact on this target amount.
The raffle is a great way of supporting St.Patrick's and offers the opportunity to win some fantastic prizes. Should you find that you need additional tickets please email Letitia Bradley, secretary@stpatricksptfa.org.uk. Tickets will also be available at the school office.

FAQ
Please note tickets are £1 EACH, with 5 tickets in a book.
Who can I sell to?
you can sell tickets to friends, family and people at work. You can buy tickets for yourself.
How will I return sold tickets and payments?
Please return the ticket stubs with that money in a sealed envelope marked 'summer fete raffle' to your class teacher/teaching assistant. Cheques should be made payable to St. Patrick's School PTFA.
Please make sure all ticket stubs show the purchaser's name and contact details, preferably a telephone number.
Ticket stubs and payment need to be returned by Friday 30th June at the latest.
How do I get more tickets?
Tickets will be available at the school office or please contact Letitia Bradley at secretary@stpatricksptfa.org.uk
What should I do with tickets I can't sell?
Please return any tickets you haven't sold together with the money and stubs from the ones you have sold by Friday 30th June at the latest.
When will the raffle be drawn?
The Grand Draw will take place at the 'World of sport' summer fete to be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Primary School on Saturday 1st July. Any winners not present at the draw will be contacted during the week commencing 03.07.2006.
